I’ve been trying several cranberry sauce recipes lately to find the perfect balance of tart and sweet. To be honest I can’t stand when the sauce is so sweet…it’s just too much! And with this recipe I absolutely love how the maple syrup and orange zest balance each other out!
INGREDIENTS
12 oz cranberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
Orange zest
DIRECTIONS
In a sauce pan add all ingredients.
Over medium high heat bring to a boil then reduce and stir for about 10 minutes.
